We requested another room or a discount and neither could be accommodated. Disappointing stay for almost 3 times the regular rate with it being graduation weekend."

"Where do I start. This room was terrible. The pictures on Expedia regarding this hotel is a terrible misrepresentation of how it REALLY IS. The room was DIRTY, bugs, toilet paper wasn’t even on the roll but over the toilet and almost gone. Lights had no covers and exposed. The lock on the inside of the door had exposed wires. Cockroach in the toilet. The shower was TERRIBLE!!!!!! DONT STAY HERE. I HONESTLY SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK. Plus the room reeked of cigarette and weed. How embarrassing it is for the hotel to be called a Whyndum. The ceo wouldn’t ever stay at this hotel. "
